The outcome of a card top-up, by the checkout id returned from fygaroCheckoutCreate. Null when the checkout is unknown, expired, or not this account's — never as a way of saying 'not yet': a checkout we simply cannot read right now comes back as UNCONFIRMED so a transient fault is not reported to the customer as a payment that never existed.
